For most mild to moderate alignment issues, they are incredibly effective. During your consultation, we’ll determine if aligners can achieve the same precise results as traditional braces for your specific case.
For the best results, you should wear your trays for 20 to 22 hours a day, only removing them to eat, drink (anything other than water), and clean your teeth.
Most patients feel a sense of “pressure” for the first day or two of a new tray, which is a sign your teeth are moving! It is generally much more comfortable than wire adjustments.
