Yes! Because you remove the trays to eat, there are no “forbidden foods.” Just remember to brush your teeth before putting your aligners back in.
To stay on track with your treatment plan, you must wear your aligners for 20 to 22 hours per day, only taking them out for meals and hygiene.
Simply rinse them every time you remove them and brush them gently with a soft toothbrush and clear liquid soap to keep them fresh and invisible.
